Return Eligibility

Return Window

• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery date

• Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving return authorization

• Late returns may not be accepted

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following:

Unworn and Unused

  • • Never worn outside
  • • No signs of wear or use
  • • Soles must be clean and unmarked

Original Condition

  • • All original tags attached
  • • Original packaging intact
  • • No damage or alterations

Complete Set

  • • Original box in good condition
  • • All accessories included (laces, insoles, etc.)
  • • No missing components

Proof of Purchase

  • • Order number or receipt
  • • Must match original order details
Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned:

❌ Final sale/clearance items (marked "Final Sale")

❌ Customized or pre-ordered products

❌ Items without original tags or packaging

❌ Items showing signs of wear

❌ Items purchased more than 5 days ago

❌ Gift cards or promotional items

❌ Items damaged due to customer misuse

• We'll review your request within 24-48 hours

• You'll receive return instructions and authorization number

Do not ship items without authorization

3Prepare Package

• Pack items securely in original packaging

• Include all accessories and documentation

• Include return authorization number inside package

4Ship Return

• Use provided return label (if applicable)

• Ship to the address provided in return instructions

• Keep tracking number for reference

5Inspection & Refund

• We'll inspect returned items within 2-5 business days

• Refund will be processed once inspection is complete

• You'll receive confirmation email

Return Shipping

We Pay If:

✓ Item is defective or damaged

✓ Wrong item was sent

✓ Our error in any way

You Pay If:

• Change of mind

• Ordered wrong size

• No longer want item

• Any reason not caused by our error

FREE Size Exchanges Available If:

✓ Requested within 5 days of delivery

✓ Item is in stock in desired size

✓ Item meets all return conditions

Exchange Process
  1. 1. Contact us to initiate exchange
  2. 2. Ship original item back
  3. 3. We'll ship new size once we receive the return
  4. 4. If new size is unavailable, we'll recommend you choose another style of equal value

Note: Exchanges for different products may be processed as return + new order. Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly.

Refunds

Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to original payment method or favorable refund method as agreed with the client

• Cannot be refunded to a different person

Inspection: 3-5 business days after receiving return

Refund Processing: 1-2 weeks business days after approval

Total Time: Up to 1-2 weeks from the date you ship your return

Partial Returns

If you return only some items from an order:

• Refund for returned items only

Defective or Damaged Items

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective item:

  1. 1. Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery
  2. 2. Provide photos of defect
  3. 3. We'll arrange free return or replacement
  4. 4. Full refund including all shipping costs
Damaged in Transit

If item arrives damaged:

  1. 1. Take photos of damaged packaging and product
  2. 2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. 3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  4. 4. We'll file claim with carrier and arrange replacement/refund
Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong item:

  1. 1. Contact us immediately
  2. 2. Do not use or wear the item
  3. 3. Correct item will be shipped immediately
  4. 4. Full refund if correct item is unavailable

Refused or Undelivered Packages

Refused Delivery

• Return shipping and restocking fees may apply

• Refund issued after package returns to us

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
